Gusto Accredited Homes

The Accredited Homes scheme is designed to complement the Code for Sustainable Homes by providing potential buyers with additional independent assurance based upon the close monitoring of each accredited property by a Gusto Assessor.

The Accreditation seal is applied only when we have worked closely with a developer, and can be satisfied about the environmental performance of a house from Gusto’s involvement in its design and construction.  Only low-carbon (4-Stars minimum) homes qualify for the Accreditation seal, with a 6-Star Accreditation seal applying to zero-carbon homes.
